In this flavor-packed Buffalo-inspired cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare a complete meal featuring bold, tangy, and satisfying dishes. To set the tone, you’ll start with a savory treat from Chef, a cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip Bread appetizer. For the main course, you'll create Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken and Sweet Potato Bowls, a balanced meal that pairs spicy chicken with roasted sweet potatoes for an easy weeknight favorite. To round out the menu, you’ll make two fresh, flavorful sides: a crisp Buffalo Ranch Coleslaw and a protein-packed Buffalo Chickpea Salad. During the class, you'll practice sheet pan cooking techniques, meal-prep strategies, and simple ways to balance spicy flavors with creamy, crunchy accompaniments. Come learn how to make a little kitchen magic using the flavorful kick from spicy buffalo sauce to take your cooking up a notch! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
