Embrace the flavors of the season in the HKS Kitchen with Chef Meleah Minard. This class menu celebrates the warmth, comfort, and bounty of autumn ingredients. You'll start your evening nibbling on Chef’s Butternut Squash Crostini topped with Cranberries. Then, you’ll step up to the table to learn how to prepare a vibrant Autumn Kale and Squash Salad to compliment the centerpiece of the class, a rich Pumpkin Risotto with Bacon and Sage that showcases the earthy flavors and comforting textures that define fall cooking. To complete the experience, save room for dessert, a warm, rustic Pumpkin Crisp that’s fit for the season. Together, these dishes offer a delicious celebration of autumn’s harvest and the simple joy of cooking with seasonal ingredients. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF

Chef Meleah’s interest in food blossomed as she grew up with Southern food and family recipes but quickly evolved. She’s an Arkansas – born and raised – but has called both NYC and London home. She loves traveling and learning about international cuisines and then using that for inspiration in her kitchen.

Meleah spent 10 years in the design industry before deciding to pursue a career in food. Fast forward to 2021 – she moved to London and enrolled in Leiths School of Food and Wine Diploma program, one of the UK’s top culinary programs.

A private chef and caterer, she is excited about being able to bring a variety of cuisines and flavors to your table.
